    This is an amazing cleaning service! We have been using them for over a year and have recommended them to all of our friends & family. My father even uses their services now and loves it! They are always on time, polite, and hard-working; they always tell us to call them if they missed anything or if we need anything in addition, which never happens since they always do a great job & clean whatever we have asked them to do aside from their regular cleaning. They also offer a deep cleaning service which my dad has gotten and we have gotten twice. Please give them a try, you will not be upset!

    Cleaning Service Policy:


    Please report any problems or issues with the cleaning service within 24
    hours of service by email. We are not responsible for any problems or issues reported
    after the 24-hour period. 
    We will not take responsibility for items that were damaged because they were not properly attached or secured (for example, a hanging picture that was improperly attached to the wall or an item that is propped against a surface).

    Refunds:

    We offer a Guarantee on all our services, if a task was not completed to your satisfaction or was missed during our visit, simply contact the office and we will return to your home and re-clean the area or task with which you were dissatisfied at no additional cost to you. Re-cleaning must be scheduled and performed within 7 days of original service date.  There are no refunds for gift certificate purchases.


    Price Adjustments:

    You will be notified within a month for any price changes.


    Keys and Alarm Systems:

    Each key is locked in our key safety box. We do not return keys by mail. Keys must be hand delivered in person to the customer.


    Lock Outs:

    A cancellation fee of $50 will be assessed in the event of a last minute cancelation.


    Arrival Window:

    Please give us a 30 minute window for delays or traffic.


    Pets:

    Please let us know of any special requirements in safeguarding your pet(s).  We will pause or cancel the service if your pet is displaying any aggressive behavior during cleaning.


    Your Valuables:

     If you have valuables or heirlooms, including but not limited to any irreplaceable, collectable or expensive objects, it’s preferred that these items are secured and put away to avoid potential accidents. Highly valuable items include, but are not limited to, fine art, antiques, jewelry, collectibles, electronics, and any other items that hold significant monetary or sentimental value.
    We are not responsible for the cleaning, handling, or movement of highly valuable items. 
    It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all highly valuable items are either secured or removed from the cleaning areas. We recommend that clients take necessary precautions to protect their valuable possessions. You are responsible for letting us know of any valuables that you prefer we not clean or handle. Please secure money, credit cards, and check books as well. We are not responsible for missing currency.

    Broken/Damaged Items:

    We train our staff to take extra care with your belongings, however regrettably and although not common from time to time something may be broken or damaged.  If there is an item that is believed to be damaged by one of our cleaning professionals, it must be reported to the company within 24 hours from the completion of the service in effort to properly investigate the issue. If we damage anything during the service being provided, we will notify the customer in writing immediately. In the event an item is damaged or broken, we reserve the option to repair or replace the item. We will not take responsibility for items that were damaged because they were not properly attached or secured (for example, a hanging picture that was improperly attached to the wall or an item that is propped against a surface).


    Cleaning Products, Supplies, and Equipment:

    Cleaning supplies are included.  All clients have the option to provide alternative products/supplies/equipment, if preferred.  We are not responsible for any damage caused due to the use or misuse of alternate products/supplies/equipment provided by the client.


    Glass Shower Door(s), Toilet(s), Faucet(s):

    Clients are responsible for notifying us if your glass shower door(s), faucets, or toilet are not 100% secure. We are not responsible for any damage caused (water damage included) due to faulty and/or improper installation of any item. This includes but is not limited to any water damage caused by: toilet over flooding, loose or leaky faucets, pipes, water dispenser on refrigerator etc.

    Lifting & Climbing & Bending:

    We do not climb higher than a 8 ft high reach (safe and stable ladder must be provided by the customer). We do not move or lift items heavier than 30 lbs. We do not clean floors with hands and knees.  These types of activities are dangerous and can cause back injury or could even damage something in your home. 


    Acknowledgment: 
    By scheduling a cleaning service with us, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
